Safety Differently: The Movie tells the stories of three organizations that had the courage to evolve and decentralize their safety bureaucracy.
Bureaucracy and compliance tend to results in and impost a performance drag on organizations. This organizationally self-imposed red tape robber steals human insight, creativity and resilience from the workplace, the very things that tell us how success is created. A workplace without insight, creativity and resilience is mindless, uninspired and vulnerable, leaving an organization blind to where the next work accident might occur.
Safety Differently highlights ways to trust and empower people, and how looking at safety slightly differently can reinvigorate the humanity and dignity of work.
